The people most likely to still need a mask in Florida are right
there. Miami/Dade and Broward counties are driving the Florida Covid
numbers and have been since the beginning. It probably has to do with
the fact that they are closely coupled with the New York/New Jersey
hot spot.
Almost a quarter of all cases in Florida come from Miami/Dade.
