There are also 4 coal fired plants in Maryland and 2 in Alexandria Va
that feed into that grid.
The 2 in Alexandria are WWII vintage plants that environmentalists
have been trying to close since I lived there.


Are you unable to google? The Potomoc River Generating station
in Alexandria was shuttered in 2012.


I haven't been there in a while, sorry my bad, I was wrong.
How about the ones in Maryland? Did they close too?
