Sounds logical, constitutional and reasonable to me. Of course there are the usual
bunch, eg the governor of FL, who just issued an executive order banning anyone,
any business from instituting such a policy in FL. He's obviously trying to cultivate
the crazy Republican Covid denier base, take over Trump's legacy and run for president.
He won't get my vote.
