Red States like Alabama still mired in phase 1A like some kinda giant container ship stuck in a canal or something, and still mostly only old or sick people can get vaccinated.
I just dont get it.

Most states are moving down slowly, so that those that most need the vaccine
can get it first, instead of creating a free for all. That's the logical approach.
