I had bicep tendon surgery on the same arm about 10 years ago so
I'm familiar with the overall process, PT, etc. There is some indication
that I'll need the left shoulder done at some point but I've got a complete
tear on the right side that's really crimping my style. I just spent the day
putting the winter stuff away and getting the summer stuff out. I’m pretty
sore right now.

I got the bathroom done just in time. It's a basement bathroom, mostly
used by me, so I decided on a wood motif. Always wanted a room like
that. Flat pine trim and matching accessories. Sort of a rustic, cabin
like feel. The accessories were the last shop project for a while. I need
a new toilet-side table, but that's going to wait until I open up the shop
again.

Oh yeah - I scored a $200 Cold Therapy machine for $40 on Craigslist.
The cooler/pump portion is $150, the shoulder pad adds $50. The one
on Craigslist just happened to come with the shoulder pad. Sweet!
