what is the name and size of the pipe from cistern to pan?
what am i doing wrong?

If I use smaller 32mm somehow
should I raise the cistern to get more flow?

I recently fitted a new high level cistern to replace the tatty fairly
modern one with a Victorian reproduction - and very pleased with the
results. The new flush pipes were 35mm outside diameter.
