There is no way that any checker can check that no
fraud is happening when the voting is done by machine.

Michigan relies on paper ballots that are counted by machine. We
can always do a recount by hand.

Varys with the jurisdiction. With non compulsory voting, claiming to
be someone who isnt going to vote or not counting some of the votes.
Easier to do with mail in voting.
