He was very good at publicity - how many people think he invented the
cyclone?

I've never been sure how he got a patent for his cyclone technology, as
it had been used in industry for God knows how long.

His ballbarrow was an innovative idea though - less likely to sink into
soft ground and less likely to tip over when maneuvering.
