Not only has he ****ed off the unions but also Indian tribes producing
oil on public land that is under their control and Canadians.

IDK about the unions since I haven't seen anything on that, but the tribes
were out there protesting, for months if not years, so it's hard to imagine
they'd be anything but happy to see things being shut down.

Different indians. The ones protesting were not the ones who owned the
oil fields. They own the land the pipe goes through and they are not
getting a royalty on each barrel.
