Easiest way:
1) Copy the URL (https://i.imgur.com/BsVQIFv.png)

2) Go to Google and click the "images" link at the top.

Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Should work in any modern browser. I showed it in Safari but it works the same in both. Unless there are differences based on country.

I did try a London VPN and it worked the same.

Does TinEye not do that? It does not find that image but it might find
others. Have not tested.
