Easiest way:
1) Copy the URL (https://i.imgur.com/BsVQIFv.png)

2) Go to Google and click the "images" link at the top.

I've looked - and don't see "images" :-(

3) Paste the URL. There is also an option to upload an image.

If you cannot find it I will make a quick video to actually SHOW and not
just tell.

Does TinEye not do that? It does not find that image but it might find
others. Have not tested.
