Ugh
They quite often seem to build houses where they only expect a 30 year
lifespan, so in a sense its just a case of fitness for purpose.
Spray foam is probably quite well suited to a new build in Fort Worth
Texas - not much moisture to get trapped etc. (quite a different use
case from some of the bodge style uses we get here like glueing all the
tiles onto a set of rotten roof timbers!)
The texturing did seem fairly "uneven" though.
