'liquid cooled' unless you have a constant supply of cold water means
air cooled in reality. The liquid is just a way to get the heat to the
fan blown radiator.
However am surprised. there is no great need to keep batteries at an
exact temperature. Somewhere between 10 and 40 C is good enough
Blowing air on fins is enough to do that
