Boiling point of water at 3 bar is about 134 deg C. IIRC boiler gauges
typically go to 3 bar, presumably relief valves are slightly less.


So what? No CH boiler ever 'boils' water in the CH
pipes.

There is nothing a fleet of dispatchable nuclear power plants cannot do
that cannot be done worse and more expensively and with higher carbon
emissions and more adverse environmental impact by adding intermittent
renewable energy.
