Butcher block?

Hi,
If man made marble is Ok, it won't cost that much. Or Granite?
Tony

According to SWMBO in this order: Marble (if its well supported - it can
crack), granite, concrete or corian. Anything else and you might as well
use a marble board - do not use wood as the surface oils will be picked
up by your doughs.
