The TP-Link MR3020 is a low-cost device which has a USB type A socket
for a 3G/4G dongle and a 10/100 Mbit/s ethernet port. It also has a
mediocre WiFi access point which you can disable.
I have used a couple of these in conjunction with MF823 4G dongles.
