With all due respect, and not that I've got any particular interest in
this topic, LLoyds are a pile of ****e*, to use the technical term.
They're pretty dreadful here, too. Completely closed one day last week
because the pharmacist didn't turn up. Last year some strong letters
were sent to Head Office - didn't help.
