FACT:
a. The facts are that the uptake isn't anywhere near what's needed
b. And even so, the apps miss asymptomatics, aerosol & surface exposure
So do you have an app that will alert one for those things?
Your raising the points above is like saying , Because we can't predict
where lightning will hit, we don't need to report when lightning hits a
building or a person.
ASSESSMENT:

d. And, based on other facts, they end up doing more harm than good.

I certainly do. You just pronounced them but didn't give any reason
they were true. But don't bother. I'm not interested.
(people are funny that way); but logical adults can't disagree
