I want a screw down window stay in bright metal (that is, SS, chrome,
brass not black) which is as long as possible. Over 300 mm but longer is
better.

I have been searching on and off for a long time but can't seem to find
one.

I want to hold a very large wooden window open at 90 degrees (or more),
but with adjustment so I can open it anywhere from a tiny bit to the full
opening.
It needs to be a secure fixing to prevent the wind shaking it loose.

Any suggestions for a product most welcome.
