Mine was built in the 1930s and the outlet goes to a 3 foot diameter
soakaway at the bottom of the garden, which backs-on to fields.
Initially I was concerned about the new regs but when I described my
situation to someone on the advice line they said I didn't need to do
anything - unfortunately verbal advice isn't worth the paper it's not
written on.
