How many very large cities are there ? Then how many Blacks and
Mexicans are in the cities ?

One of our large crime problems in the US is there are several different
groups of people in the large cities that form gangs and are at each
other all the time.

Is there a major drug problem ?
What kind of punishment is there for illegal drugs ?
