I thought the screw was made of metal that was too soft. The problem
I had was purely as a result of over-tightening. I was always taught
that a screw should be tight and I did not expect one to shear off
when using a standard screwdriver. I thought MK would be able to
extract and replace the screw (which I assume is standard) but to my
surprise they replaced the product instead.
