A good case could be made that they are more essential than beauty salons.



Just like the govenor of NC said that liquor stores are essential
because they keep all the drunks from going into withdrawal and flooding
the emergency rooms.


I'd rather bump into a guy that needs a haircut than a crackhead that
can't get his fix.

I was mugged 2 days ago. He had a gun and said "Give me a haircut or
I'll shoot you." But I didn't have a hair cut with me.
