Being confined to barracks is really getting to you.

Why don't you use the time productively?

Go for a long walk (or cycle , run etc),* do some gardening, reading,
take
up a hobby, learn a new skill, ....

I don't think the NHS volunteer scheme is accepting further
volunteers but
there may be other local schemes which deliver food parcels etc you
could
volunteer for.

Of course you won't heed this advice. Whinging, lazy under achievers,
are
inherently lazy and never do anything useful. They expect others to
support
them.
