Yres, and to be fair to Virgin the anytime call package is reasonable, its
the broadband to existing customers vs the new customer rate that ****es me
off, if they just did not offer as big a discount and gave a bit more back to
the people who are loyal it would improve their brownie points no end.
Come end of contract time it is always worth checking out the
competitions offers, noting some of the better offers and then ringing
your present providers 'retentions' dept..
