Like a two man plumbing operation I used about 10 years ago. They
bought an old ambulance , the big box looking thing. The lights and
some of the emblems had been stripped off, but it was not painted or
anything. The did a very good job of replacing all the old copper pipe
with the pex or whatever.

A few months ago a very nice looking van pulled up with a man in a nice
uniform to give an estiment on a water heater replacement. It was $
1800 . I hired another that 2 men in regular jeenes and shirts pulled
up in an unmarked pickup. They replaced it for $ 950.
