And at the same time. An oligarchy is not rule by a single person.
But by a Cabal.

Naturally they do not agree on anything other than the need to maintain
the cabal.

It is a commen misconception that the EU is there to govern Europe.
Nothing could be further from the truth. It is, like most government, a
self legalising protection racket, that buys who its needs to and
coerces who it can, whose sole function is the protection and
perpetuation of the lifestyle of its members.
