Why did you not get an alexa, its pretty simple to use via wifi if you have
a mobile or tablet handy.

So the internet radio has arrived!

How do I connect? Router sockets are cat 6 and radio input is usb.
Whilst google finds zillions of cables, this particular mix does not
seem to feature.

The "internet radio" almost certainly needs wifi

The USB is probably for playing sound files from a memory stick.

The radio probably doesn't have firmware/drivers to use a USB-ethernet
adapter.

If you don't have wifi you'll need to set up an access point wired to
your router.

wifi is OK but I am reasonably sure it can be hard wired.

Without a network cable socket I wouldn't bet on it...
