it give stopping *times*?


It gives distances at specific speeds.* Speed = distance over time, hope

1) We have established the Highway Code does not give stopping times.

2) We have also established you don't have a clue to calculate stopping
times.

3) BTW You ought to be calculating time, not speed. Do you know the
difference?
