Default Neighbor having ISP speed problems.

In article ,
says...

If that is so, where would a 300MHz signal originate in the house?

300 MHz is the lower end of the microwave spectrum. It is probably a
microwave cooker. Easy to test. Unplug it.

Microwave cookers operate at a frequency near 2450 MHz. No where near
300 MHz.

The microwave cooker may cause problems with some internet routers as
they operate near the same frequencies. However that is only while the
cooker is in use.

Some garage door openers operate near 300 MHz.
