Interesting article,
Just last month my father, who lives in Salt Lake City, told me that the
city is asking residents to throw away food scraps and not run them down the
disposal. I don't know if it is a water shortage problem or a sewer
treatment problem or both. Apparently they would rather have the stuff in a
landfill.
