The same principles will apply. There needs to have been a risk assessment
and they need to be used safely.

Not sure what the story is here. I have noticed that the roofs
usually do have temporary rails around them now and new
houses have temporary 8' high mesh panels at ground level
around the block of land while building but noticed one that
didnt last saturday with the boundary.
