It is possible the fitter is mixing up Part P notification with basic
electrical certificates.
Now it could be a mistake on his part or he could be lying through his
teeth when he says no certification is needed.
I have my suspicions ! :-)
Given the list of items what *should* they have paperwork -wise?
What can they realistically do if the "fitter" cannot acquire the
correct paperwork?
