The Northern Ireland problem is entirely of the U.K's making. Initially they divided Ireland in such a way as to allow Northern Ireland have a conservative majority to help them in Westminster.

Then May cynically used the D.U.P. to increase her majority. This is the party that is the antithesis to most U.K. thinking. Creationists. Homophobic etc.etc.

The U.K. still doesn't 'get' Ireland.

What fool believes the Irish want to leave the EU and get back into bed with the U.K. after 600 years of exploitation ?
