Quite. They'd have needed Turnip's crystal ball - or rather one which
actually worked - to predict assault rifles.


The English Bill of Rights also gives us the right to bear arms. Our
interpretation of how that works is rather different from that in the USA.


Because its nothing like as black and white as the US constitution
and is just another act of parliament. The US constitution isnt.
