Those tarriffs are for imports. Which can indeed be set by the UK Govt.

Where are the UK Govt projections of the tarriffs likely to be imposed on
UK exports ?

Those are the tariffs currently imposed by the EU on imports to the
EU from countrys not in the EU and which don’t have a FTA with the
EU. That’s what the WTO rules require, all countrys which don’t have
a FTA with the EU have to have the same tariffs applied.

Have they been published anywhere ?
