Which is largely irrelevant, because if one town doesn't allow it to be
sold, plenty of nearby towns will.

Where I am the towns are being sued over the medical pot saying they
are restricting access to life saving cough medicine.

I don't know about life-saving, but my husband enjoys much better sleep
with a capsule of a tiny amount of THC at bedtime. Better sleep results
in less pain and a clearer head. Not no pain and a clear head, but he
takes what he can get these days.
