True but it might be the half a gigawatt of dispatchable that keeps
the frequency up just enough...


2GW probably would have, but we don't know for how long the batteries
could supply it for.

This is going o be the next "con".. FITs for installing batteries.
It effectively government borrowing but it doesn't go on the books and
the consumers pay for it in the end.

harry will have one of them as soon as he can make enough cash from it.
