Cindy just posted where US Steel actually announced some layoffs.
Back when he did his steel and aluminum tariffs, one of the companies
that applied for an exemption from the tariffs, so they could continue
to import, was Alcoa. They didn't say anything about building new plants
either. Maybe some of this and his increasingly bizarre behavior is
starting to have an effect. He's behind about ten points compared to
his Democrat challengers in all the key states, states that he won last
time.



The mostelling factor that Trump is screwed, is that FOX NEWS is now
not defending him hardly at all.

Oh, there is still plenty of Trump defense at Fox, eg Hannity, Tucker Carlson.
Carlson suddenly went on vacation last week after he went on a rant denying
that white supremacist organizations were a problem in the USA. He was
trying to defend Trump, obviously and he'll be back.
