That is so sad. I owned an auto parts store for a number of years, and
once an employee took back an air filter without looking in the damn
box. Customer had put a dinner plate in it. shakes head I wonder
what he'd have done had we opened the box. I don't think any of the
employees forgot to check the boxes during refunds after that!
