It's very difficult to get my refrigerator away
from the wall. The best idea, so far is that it
is probably rusted wheels.

Does that sound logical? and should I be able
to tip the frig on an appliance dolly and WD40
the wheels?

This is Turtle.

I think you may have the wheels adjusted down and need to screw in the

bolt that put the wheels down to role freely. There is a
adjustment bolt on each front wheel and none on the back wheels. You

screw
in to raise the wheels to be able to role it and out to
let the box sit down on the pads.

Thanks for the info, but the frig rolled in fine after
sheet vinyl was installed and now it won't roll. So
that makes me think that the wheels haven't changed
position. The frig had a leak in the ice maker so that
means some water may have leaked on to the wheels.
I wonder if I should buy some replacement wheels
before I jack up the frig.

This is Turtle.

I still say you need to put the wheels back down for when a vinal crew

comes to move the fridge to put the stuff down. They know
about these wheel and will lift the wheels to make it roll and when they

put it back in place. They will let the wheels down to keep
the fridge from roling when you go to open the door. The vinal crew

probley put the wheel back down when they put it back in place.
Wheels don't freeze up in a month or two but over years and very slowly

will freeze up. They don't freeze up in a month or so.

Check and put the wheels back down and make it roll.

That really makes a lot of sense but raises one question.
How could they raise the wheels once the frig was in place
in a recess in the counter space....?
