the frig rolled in fine after sheet vinyl was installed and now it won't
roll. So that makes me think that the wheels haven't changed position.

To avoid tearing up the vinyl in front of the fridge, get a big piece of
cardboard, tip it up and on the CB and slide it out on the CB so you can
service the wheels as necessary, HTH
