Default Legalities of changing sockets and brakes in England?

In article ,
says...

People with a brain don't need to choose which rules to follow. They
have better things to occupy their minds with. You obviously don't.

Do you think grammar rules are like motoring rules?

Yes, they're both pointless.

For morons like you who think that only the laws of physics have to be
obeyed.

I know only the laws of physics have to be obeyed.* Do you stop at a red
light when you can see there's nothing coming?

Of course. It's the law. Don't you?

What about the message 'rule' that says to only quote a few lines insted
of the whole message. I seldom look at messages that are a page or more
long and then have one or two sentences at the end.
