Default Fridge Freezer leak?

I have a problem lately with my refrigerator. its a Hotpoint GE 18 cubic feet. Its a 2 door type, freezer on the top. On the shelves below, mainly the top one where I keep fresh, raw meats and my eggs, Milk and some cooked foods. I noticed in one particular spot, the extreme center rear, when i open it up in the morning there's a puddle of water, partially frozen on top of my fish package. Experimenting, I placed an empty bowl in that same area and noticed that it does not seem to get any water during the daytime, only during the late night while we are sleeping. I also noticed that the bowl is just below a box section that is attached to the ceiling of that area just below the Freezer. So i suspect there is a problem with my Freezer. I checked it out and my freezer seems to still be doing its job with the products that i have there especially my ice cube trays. Does anyone with Freezer experience know of what is happening here and is it a fix? I hate to spend hundreds of dollars on a new one if this is repairable. I got a quote from GE that they would send someone to check it out for $118 and that is just to give me an estimate. Possible parts and labor add on another couple of hundred.

Â* There's a good chance the condensate drain line is blocked . You'll
probably have to at least partially disassemble the back panel of the
freezer section to get to it and clean it out . Look up the parts
breakdown drawings for your model at one of the online parts places to
get an idea what's where and how to get at it .
