Dimplex did a 10 year warranty.

Large print: 5 year guarantee on a Mattress

Small print:
1st year fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship

2nd and 3rd year a new mattress will be supplied BUT at a cost to the
buyer of 40% of the cost of a new mattress plus the buyer pays transport
costs for returning the old mattress and delivery of the new mattress.

4th year: new mattressĀ* BUT at a cost to the buyer of 60% of the cost of
a new mattress plus transport costs.

5th year: new mattressĀ* BUT at a cost to the buyer of 80% of the cost of
a new mattress plus transport costs.

I suspect that the cost is the "recommended price" and not a discounted
price that they are often sold at.

Other terms and conditions that may void the guarantee:
The Mattress must be turned and rotated every week for 3 months and then
every month thereafter.

A Mattress protector should be usd from day 1 to avoid any staining.

To me, a "mattress protector" is one of those quilted things that
protects you from the (roughness of the) mattress rather than the other
way round. If they mean anything liquid proof they should say so.
