Thanks for the update, I'll check it out.

Obviously, with any form of 'tape' I may have to be careful when
feeding the tubes into each other that I don't snag / ruck it up. I'm
less bothered with it deforming in place as I'm sure I could still get
the thing apart with some heat or solvent etc.
