Remember "Hoover beats as it sweeps as it cleans" The beater bar was a
good feature - the brushes on a Dyson do a similar role - I like the way
the carpet pile stands up if the cleaner is drawn backwards in the right
way to lift the pile. Makes the carpet like new!
