Maybe, but if that's going to happen, somebody better find some actual
charges. That would be a good start, don't you think? Instead, what
we see is it sure looks like the grand Russia collusion allegations have
not panned out in any material way. So, now the Democrats want you to
forget about that and instead they are going into anything and everything,
without any evidence at all of an actual crime,
trying to find something

He is a major league shyster, so maybe
something is there. Deutsch Bank financing Trump while laundering money
for the Russians, which they plead guilty to, sure sounds suspicious.

But presumably Mueller had the charter to investigate anything he wanted
to there and we've heard nothing.... So, IDK where these real, serious
charges are coming from.

They sure don't put people in prison for paying
off a mistress with your own money.

It may not be a crime. But is it Presidential behavior?

There was plenty of other things that Trump had done before he was
elected that people knew about and enough people wanted him over
Hillary anyway. Would knowing he paid a mistress have mattered?
IDK. He insulted a war hero, insulted POWs as a group, insulted all
the candidates, lied about not supporting the Iraq War, none of that mattered.

And arrogance ain't a crime either.

And lying either in many situations.

A good question is if the voters knew he was lying when he swore to
the country many times that he had no business involvement, nothing going
on, except selling a house to a Russian a decade ago and hosting one
beauty contest there once, would that have made a difference? At the
time he was saying that, he had been actively negotiating building a
project there and was still lying about it in office. Including still
not owning up to it. He wants people to believe that Cohen went to
Congress and told the same lie, but he had nothing to do with it, even
though it was another lie to try to continue to cover up the truth.
Even if Trump didn't know that Cohen was going to lie to Congress,
he damn well knew that Cohen did lie when he testified. It was all over
the news, that Cohen had testified that the Moscow project ended in
January, before the first primaries. Trump, and likely his family that
are in the business knew it continued almost up to the convention.
Yet they didn't come forward and say that Cohen had just lied.
And if there was nothing wrong with a Russia deal, which is his
new story, then why did he lie to voters about it?

But if Trump is innocent, he oughta be willing to take a polygraph.

:-)

Yeah, good luck with that happening. They'd need a new machine after
he's done with it.

I was joking when I said that. :-)
