What exactly are you alleging that Amazon cheated on? The rest of us saw
Amazon and NY state and city reach an agreement, after which there was
such an uproar from the likes of Cortez, that Amazon decided they didn't
want to come to a city where they were not welcome. I would have made the
same decision.
Cortez was so stupid that she thought NY was just going to write
Amazon a check that she could have used for other things. She didn't
understand these were just tax concessions and the money would not
exist at all if Amazon moved to Northern Virginia.
Unfortunately NoVa is as blue as New York and their socialists might
blow up that deal too.
Tucker Carlson made the observation that the two locations were chosen
because of their liberal political impact.

I always wonder if these deals work out for the common folks. I have a
natural distrust of congress critters so I tilt toward that they do not. As
soon as the concessions run out the companies bail, from my observations.
