has ****ed away invading sovereign nations. You have to pick your
fights. Unfortunately the last politician I knew that didn't like
spending other people's money was Gordon Humphrey. He used to give back
the unspent portion of his office budget. How often does that happen?

I checked Wiki to see if he's still alive. Yup, and not a Trump fan either.
